Tje Crown Inn has a new tenant from the 12th November.
The Crown Inn is a historical 16th century inn situated around the focus of the
Pulham Market community, ‘The Green’, alongside a general store,
post office and even a piano restoration and antique shop.
Pulham Market is situated
8 miles from the town of Diss and 15 miles from the capital of Norfolk, Norwich.
Nearby Diss is a small town of nearly 7000 residents, lying in the valley of
the River Waveney and around a small 6 acre lake, the town takes its name from
the Saxon term for standing water or lakes - ‘dice’. Many historic
buildings are within reach of Pulham Market, including a 14th century parish
church and the home of the former poet laureate, John Skelton. The Great Eastern
Main Line train-line from London to Norwish runs directly through Diss and it
is also close to the Bressingham Steam & Gardens and Banham Zoo.
The Inn
has a spacious bar and restaurant area, as well as recently refurbished accommodation
upstairs and a function room, please ring or email any enquiries.
